Do black people work or live in welfare?

like ok Michael Jackson died. but why are there so many outside at his house. why are there soo many black people outside Harlem. Like white people are working today. Like the same thing happen in barack obama inauguration about 2 milllion attend and only like 10 mis work. and the same thing happen Election Night. WHy do they hate to work and love going outside
