Testicular question.?

i have a question about my testicles. i am 21 years old and haven't had a hernia in my life but for some reason maybe around 3 years ago i noticed that my left testicle has a lot of testicular cord in the . it has never hurt but i haven't gone to a physical to see if this is a problem. when i cough it barely moves unlike the normal testicle on the right. sometime i have noticed to that the cord goes back to normal but most of the time there will be a large amount of cord in there, and i mean a lot. probably twice as large or more as the nut. any body else have this or have heard of this. i think iam going to get a physical.
