Where is the fuel pump switch for a flooded 1999 Dodge Durango?

if its flooded just push the pedal to the floor and hold it their it will eventually clear up and start,if it hasnt killed the plugs in it,somtimes if the plugs are old and they get wet with gas it will kill them dead in their tracks,and they wont fire,i ran across this the other day on a dakota,i had to replace the plugs before it would start.if it wont start now the plugs may already be ruined in it,good luck.
