How would you prepare 500ml of a 0.1M sodium acetate buffer from 0.2M NaOH and 0.4M acetic acid?

it is for a biochemistry ignment, spent an hour or so researching, and could not work it out! i didnt do a-level chemistry, but this is part of my sports science degree
