Question about autopsy?

When the doctors does an autopsy do they put the entrails back in the dead body? Or do they just cut a little piece of each entrails? Like heart liver? And what if they have to do an autopsy of a brain do they put it back in the dead body after the autopsy? Just wondering because i use to watch this serial Crime Investigation so i wonder about this.
