i do a lot of exercise so routinely. it's about 4years that i am doing bodybuilding continuously and scientifically. although i have a very good body shape but when somebody touches my body they say my muscles are rather soft and watery. i am 80kg with 177cm height and i do 60ks of shoulder press and 90kgs of bench chest press and 110kgs of scott, therefore i am rather powerful as well. how could i overcome this problem?
