I dont know what to do about my summer holiday?

Should i go to Spain (Marbella, Malaga) for 3 weeks with 10 of my mates from Ireland who i know if i go i will have an amazing time with, like its been the best holiday of my life for the last 2 years. Then on the other hand should i go to Bulgaria (Sunny Beach) with 8 of my mates from England. We are going for a 10 days and ive never been before. Im just really stuck because i dont know what to do. Can anyone help?
