Ok I have some questions about synthetic marijuana?

First is it still legal ? Or at least in oklahoma , what is some of the more potent brands , is their anywhere where you could buy it in bulk say at least a ounce or so ? ( for a better price ) iv looked and their really is t too much info on it Thank you
