Mutated sperm but will fertility drugs help?

I found out my male partner has mutated sperm but everything else is great (swimming the right way, viscosity etc) including he even has a HIGH sperm count (600, 000). When I visit my Gp, I want to ask if fertility drugs could help us out or IVF but I have will miscarriage/s or would the child have abnormalities even through fertility drugs or IVF?
