Anybody know anything about keratin horns?

My son had one on his hand and it really did look like a horn. The doctor called it a cutaneous horn.The doctor had to remove it, in the office and it was hard as a rock. They are usually non-cancerous but not always. You need to go back to your doctor and have him remove them and send them out for testing.
