Can I Still get my cherry credits(CC) back?

Guys, I need help, I just lost 28000 CC because of negligence. I registered a cherry credit account 1 week before purchasing a cc. After that 1 week i bought a total of 28000CC from load central because we do not have cc scratch in Philippines. I was so excited that i can finally purchased something out of my game. It suddenly ask me about the pin code...awwww.. I don't know my pin code i just wrote random numbers back at the week i registered and i click forgot pin and it ask me about my secret q & a i don't know my secret q&a i just wrote random letters. Uh. I'm such an idiot. I sent a letter from cherry messenger hasn't replied yet 3 days have already past. Now, I am sking about suggestion what should i do, Is there anyway i could get it or i should just move on and forget the money i wasted.
