Help! My kitten is acting STRANGE.?

You should take him back to the vet. Some of his symptoms of smelling funny, colicky and drinking all the time are c/w diabetes. As for the sucking he has not been weened b/c he is only 2mo old. That may be normal behavior for him, unfortunately.
