How do i get a job as a teacher at TAFE or uni?

iam currently doing my batcholor of business in QLD and when i finish i would like to teach business but only in higher education what do i need to do to be able to get a job like this? Like do i have to do another degree or somethin? oh iam in AUSTRALIA
