I need music for an American Bistro! Soft but not the standard stuff help me please!?

It is a small quiet restaurant in Machusetts with a wide variety of guests ranging from young to old. The music I am looking for would be more on the insturmental side, but would like to try some newer material maybe something folk-"ish" nothing "twangy" and some fusion stuff would be nice as well. The base of this songlist is Nora Jones; which I already have a ton of. No Swearing, No Live, something to drink a gl of wine with. Trendy upscale dinning is the atmosphere.
