My dog made this weird sound... sounded like she couldn't breath....?

I agree that it could be reverse sneezing. This is pretty frightening when you hear it for the first time. I have a dog that does this almost daily now, but at least I know what it is and don't worry anymore. (Actually it's been many years now, and she's just fine)
