Pinnacle Studio 12 reinstall?

I had to reinstall a new hard drive on my computer. I'm trying to reinstall studio 12 and it says my serial is invalid. I'm uming that my pport has changed. Now I can't reset my serial because I don't know my pport number. I can't open help because I can't even install yet. Any way I can find my pport number?
