What do you think my chances are of getting into the University of Pennsylvania?

You're SATs are a bit low, but your ACT makes up for it. Colleges sometimes disregard the writing section, than it appears like you have a 1470. You want at least 1500. But like I said, ACTs make up for that. You are a bit distinguished in the field of Asian Studies which make me your token in. I would say, focus you efforts on the Asian culture, since you have created your own club and participate in fighting with Asian origin. I would say you don't have a bad shot at all, especially if you apply early decision.
