Ford ranger? how do i turn off the pager airbag?

I'm looking at an '04 Ranger handbook - it shows a penger airbag switch operated by the ignition key, but doesn't show whereabouts in the vehicle it is! Try in the glovebox or on the end of the dash with the door open.
