I have chronic bacterial vaginosis. My gynecologist has given me a prescription for boric acid capsules, to be inserted lly twice a day. The pharmacist was unable to tell me any information and now my doctor's office is closed... My questions are... Am I supposed to lay down after I've inserted one? If so, how long? Can I still have with my hubby while using this treatment? Last question...sorry if TMI but I have just had IUD removed (which may be the cause of my troubles) and am now using the sponge. If I were to have while using this treatment, is it ok for me to be using the sponge? If anyone can answer any of my questions, or point me in a helpful direction, I would greatly appreciate it. So I got a new cage for my guinea pig, he badly needed more space, and I was so excited for him to have more room. Ok, I am in sort of a jam. About 4-5 months ago I was looking for a job (I now have a part time gig in retail at the mall, it sucks) so I just sent my resume out to literally every opening I found. Well, I applied for a few teaching jobs (I knew I probably wouldn’t get them, but what the heck, right) and pretty much forgot about them. So Tuesday afternoon I get a call from one of the schools I applied to. They said they had a faculty member quit suddenly and they need someone, pronto, that can teach 9th grade social studies because the school year starts at the end of this month. They had my resume on file from when I applied and they told me the job was “essentially mine if I was willing to take it.” The problem is, apparently I checked “yes” on the box thingy that asked if I had teaching certification. I don’t have one. I figure 9th grade social studies cant be that hard to teach (it aint astrophysics or anything), but I am pretty sure they will send me backing when they see I don’t have a teaching certificate. So what I am asking is if there is a way to get a teaching certificate in less than 24 hours? My interview is tomorrow at 11am and I don’t know if I can bull crap them into thinking I have one because they can look that up, cant they? I am a black girl i live in a predominantly black neighborhood. But when i go into more diverse neighborhoods with white people i tend to get very afraid. I'm working on creating a wedding registry and my fiance and I are having a hard time with choosing bedding. I've heard that polyester gets pills on it over time and that high thread count cotton, doesn't pill as easily. The problem is, I've only been able to find polyester comforters that we both like. The cotton ones are all plain solid colors and we wanted something a little more traditional like a jaquard print in a slate blue and platinum or champagne. Is polyester okay for comforters? They seem awfully expensive to be cheaply made. The sets we like (that include the comforter, shams, and bedskirt) are ranging around $200-300 for a queen size set. Is that pretty average or can we find nice cotton sets in similar patterns for the same price? I've never bought nice bedding before. i have a question about my testicles. i am 21 years old and haven't had a hernia in my life but for some reason maybe around 3 years ago i noticed that my left testicle has a lot of testicular cord in the . it has never hurt but i haven't gone to a physical to see if this is a problem. when i cough it barely moves unlike the normal testicle on the right. sometime i have noticed to that the cord goes back to normal but most of the time there will be a large amount of cord in there, and i mean a lot. probably twice as large or more as the nut. any body else have this or have heard of this. i think iam going to get a physical.

Reaction from rabies shot, large lump on neck, when lump subsided ,dog was puking and pooping, deathly sick?

My two year old Yorkie who only weighs 13 pounds, received her 3 year rabies vaccine, three days later a large lump appeared.(size of golfball) We called the Vet, they said to keep our eye on it. It should go down in two weeks. The following week the lump went to half it's size, my dog was so sick. Puking and pooping. Her breath was horrid and had a weird smell. WE think the lump should of been drained, it was probably abscess. I thought she was going to die she was so sick. Two days later I made her rice with scrabbled eggs and she finally came around. Two weeks after the shot she's finally better. Do you think this will happen the next time she has to get a rabies vaccination shot?

Why wont my 1986 chevy go into gear?

I have a 1986 camaro and i just put a 355 into it. I had a 350 in it before with the same t-5 borgwarner transmission and it worked perfectly fine.I swapped motors and I had to put a different flywheel on the motor because It was an older style block. I made sure it was the correct tooth count and the correct clutch plate disc size 10.5 inches. i bolted the flywheel up no problem and put the motor in and then bolted the transmission up properly. Now, that the the motor is in and the will shift into gears fine when it isnt running. then when I turn the car on it seems like the clutch isnt engaging enough to let me shift. when i start the car in gear it wants to move like its not separating the flywheel enough. Its a hydraulic clutch and I bled the slave cylinder twice. the throwout bearing is in the right place. all my fluids are at good level. I dont know whats wrong. the slave cylinder is pushing the little rod maybe an inch and a half. is that too little? why is it doing that if it is the case. Please, any help would be great.

My mom is in the hospital. she used to do drugs, and my 2 half brothers got taken away by social workers and now they live with their dad and stepmom. i live with my grandma. and she has been in and out of jail. but she got out about 6 months ago and hasnt been arrested and is clean. but she is homeless, she sold her house for drug money. and she has no car, she lives with an old man who is cruel. and she is diabetic. she was in the hospital before with a sore on her foot because diabetics cant heal well. but it healed and she went home. and my grandma got a call today. she came to me and said that it was the hospital (in another city) and that mom is there. she has a really big diabetic ulcer on her bottom and it's very infected. & she is on a ventilator. she is also probably knocked out with medication. we have been praying for her to get well, and mom is also religious. im worried though. My grandma said that we are going to go see her tomorrow. but she said that since she is on a ventilator she can't talk.. how can we talk to her without her being frustrated ? Ok a little background, I am 20 and I have cerebral palsy, (spastic diplegia) and basically I use a cane and I used to wear braces on my legs (because I "pop" back in my knees) until like 7th grade when i decided they aren't cute and I don't wanna wear them anymore. Well I saw a doctor on Monday who said it would be in my best interest to wear them again to save my knees because in the future I could really ruin my knees. Ok so I can't decide if I want to heed his advice and just do it or just ignore it and take my chances. I am 20 years old now and i care a lot about my image, I want to meet hot guys, and have with hot guys, what guy wants to have with a girl with braces on her legs, I REFUSE to be a loser... Why are most of the East Indians that I see in the USA very dark complected?

I mean no disrespect. I am African American and therefore at home with a rainbow of shades. I am always interested in different cultures and I like to people watch. I see those in the Latino culture come in every different shade. Even those who are Chinese or Japanese have varying shades of light and dark within their own spectrum. However when ever I see an immigrant of East Indian descent they are always those East Indians who are of the darker shades. The country has over a billion people and I know the skin shades must run the full color spectrum, yet over here in the USA I only see the darker ones. I never see someone with the complexion of Aishwarya Rai. The reason why I am asking is because I am curious if this is indicative of a cultural phenomenon that grew from the caste system....meaning perhaps its not so comfortable for those of a certain shade and this makes them much more comfortable with immigrating to a place where they don't have to deal with those specific issues

Is this in my head or should I be worried about a miscarriage?

I am 6 weeks 3 days pregnant. At 4 weeks 5 days I had a scan and they were able to see a sac in my uterus and my hcg levels were at 2000. Is this normal and good. The reason Im worried is because back in January I had an ectopic pregnancy and they removed my right tube and ovary. Does this put me at a higher risk for miscarriage??? I go back to the dr on June 1st for another scan, im terrified I wont see a heartbeat. I have had 2 healthy pregnancies before so I kinda know whats normal and whats not, but every twinge or cramp in my stomach just scares me. I do get real queasy and gag alot but havent vomited yet and my do ache but not as bad as my last pregnancies. I would be content to know this is all in my head but just need reurance. Question for Buddhists?

I am a 16 year old American, who has studied Buddhism, and I feel like it would be the right spiritual path for me. I do not want to practice Western Buddhism though, because I would rather practice traditional Buddhism as is practiced in Asia. There is a Theravada Buddhist Temple in a nearby city, and Theravada is the tradition that appeals most to me. After reading about it, almost all of the people are from Cambodia, Thailand, and Laos. This is fine, because I think all humans are the same regardless of nationality and I in fact like an Asian girl at my school, but the problem is I'm worried that English won't be spoken and that I won't fit into the cultural customs of the Temple. I would be willing to do all the same things as them, but I don't want to stand out because of the cultural differences. What should I do? Do I need to call the monk at the temple and tell him I want to start practicing Theravada Buddhism? I'm just not clear how to go about this.

But his conscience and the horror of what he's done cause him to hallucinate that he hears the old man's heart beating, and he eventually gives himself away. Here, the boy is repelled by the cat and kills it, but although he "gets away with it" and hides the body, the horror of his crime is stuck in his conscience and his guilt will eventually get the better of him and he'll have to confront what he did. I guess the message is that guilt will eventually out in a normal person.

Wondering if my son has a disorder of some kind?

my son is 4 years old he is a very difficult child. He wines extremly and crys about everything. he stays real nervous acting like when someone is loud or like when he eats if the plate has dividers all the sections must have something in them or he goes into a screaming fit. if you make him a sandwich and you dent the bread or cut it in half he screams its broke or dented an refuses to eat it. He also has alot of trouble being still when he watches tv he usually on his head or spinning or flipping. another thing ive noticed is the way he rings his hands all the time has every since birth. also when he has something on his mind he will repeat it over and over he absolutly never gives up. he has an 11 year old brother who is mildley autistic now i chose not to get genetic testing because this brother has the same dad but a different mom and she has two children who are autistic. ive also read the signs for autism he plays well with his brothers and sisters he doesnt suclude himself he does make eye contact and he speaks very very well. im not sure whats going on with him but something is im concerned and it seems to get worse the older he gets.
